Hollywood star Halle Berry has been released from hospital after suffering a minor head injury on the set of her new movie, The Hive.
TMZ now reports that Halle was taken to hospital as a precaution after suffering a minor head injury during a fight sequence.
“Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned,” a rep for the singer told the website.
The mother-of-one seemed to be in good spirits earlier in the day as she waved to fans while the crew set up shots on location in southern central Los Angeles.
The Hive, which also stars David Otunga (who is engaged to Jennifer Hudson) and Abigail Breslin, revolves around an emergency line operator, who goes all out to help a young girl whose life is in danger.
Jamie Foxx believes that Frank Ocean’s coming out should encourage more Hollywood DL men to exit the dark closet and see the light.
“Elton John did it. For Frank Ocean to do it and be hip-hop and black, he’s breaking ground, and kudos to him. At the end of the day, his music is for everybody.”
“It’s just the beginning. I have several friends who live in darkness and live in fear, and it’s just time.”
Mr. Foxx also had a talk with “Extra’s” Renee Bargh about his new film, “Django Unchained” – and about how he admires good friend Tom Cruise for his conduct in the split with Katie Holmes.
Foxx, starred with Cruise in the 2004 thriller “Collateral,” told Bargh,
“You have to commend him for already settling everything… and sort of like nipping things in the bud…
I think that’s a testimony to both of their characters because I have two kids… and the only thing that matters in the world are those two children.”
There is one celebrity breakup, however, that Foxx jokingly admitted he just can’t get past: Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt,
“I’m still getting over Jen and Brad, and I know that sounds feminine, but I hope they get back together.”
