Singer-songwriter Chris Brown has confirmed that the Canadian immigration officials wouldn’t allow him in hours before a scheduled concerts in Montreal and Toronto.
“The good people of the Canadian government wouldn’t allow me entry. I’ll be back this summer and will hopefully see all my Canadian fans!” Brown tweeted.
The Grammy-winning singer was scheduled perform at the Montreal’s Bell Centre on Tuesday followed by a Wednesday performance at the Air Canada Centre.
In a statement, concert promoter Live Nation simply said that “due to immigration issues” the shows have been canceled and refunds are available.
